The Tarijan word for the color white is tsebal.
Tsabel is a rare term which I could not find in another language or as an international location. May be a user name on Russian webpages.
How I came up with this word:
Tsebal is a mixture of the transliterated word for white in Mongolian which is tsagaan (цагаан), and the transliterated word for white in Russian which is belyi or byelih (белый).
